  A. Yes, this is required. Also Advance access VIP is registered with State of California’s Public Utilities Commission TCP 22795-P

  Q. Are you insured?  
  A. Advance access VIP is insured and bonded up to one million dollars in liability.

  Q. How do I setup a corporate account?

  Q. When does the hourly rate start?  
   
  A. Unlike other companies who start the clock when the limo leaves the base, our hourly rates begin when the car arrives at your doorstep. It ends at your final destination.

  Q. What is your cancellation policy?  
  A. Once we reserve the vehicle for your exclusive use, we cannot market that vehicle to anyone else, thus we do not offer refunds for 50% of total charges. 24 Hrs. cancellation notice is required on services greater than $200.00, and at least 4hr notice on all other services.

  Q. How are your chauffeurs dressed?  
  A. Our chauffeurs are professionally attired, dressed in dark suits or coat and tie.

  Q. Do you have a minimum number of hours?  
   
  A. Yes, our minimum is 3 hours for standard hire. One way transfers are available. Airport runs are prices at a flat rate except for International ARRIVALS which are 2 hours Minimum.

  Q. What are other terms and conditions?  
  A. In case of traffic conjunction and if a vehicle breakdown occurs or the vehicle is tardy, the client will be compensated by making up the time at the end of the charter or reimbursing the client solely for the actual time the vehicle is inoperable or tardy. Advance Access also reserves the right to substitute one vehicle for another provided it is the same or equal size/fare value.
